Chiro Connect is Nerissa Brumley and Greg Hacker. Nerissa has spent more than 15 years in chiropractic marketing, and Greg builds the systems that let a small team deliver real, human communication at scale. We started it because we watched good clinics lose patients they'd already paid for, and we knew the fix was never going to be more software.
Why did we build Chiro Connect?

At Chiro Connect she leads strategy, voice, content, and client relationships, and she built the CARE System the work runs on.
Who is Greg Hacker?
Greg Hacker is the co-founder and COO of Chiro Connect. He owns the infrastructure, systems, and technology behind the service. He built the in-house tools the team works with and trained them on chiropractic communication, so a small team can deliver for every client, every week, without it turning into generic spam. Greg is the reason the human-powered model holds as the client list grows.
